The forced out in 1968 A. Wolakome (Not All) Jewish Communists Lost Their Privileged Positions to Ethnic Polish Communists. A Double Standard of Concern?

Monday, April 2, 2018
Author Arthur J. Wolak realizes that, in the “purge” of 1968, not all Jews were removed from positions of authority (p. 114), and that not all those removed were Jews. (4). He also points out that the USSR was behind this event. (p. 90). >>more...

1.GENERAL INTRODUTON. This first assertion is widely accepted not only in the judicial system, but tacitly agreed by all sorts of the Officers of the Court composed from lawyers, judges, persecutors, legal researchers. In essence it means that amount of money spent is a condition how much justice is awarded to the subjects, and what kind of justice quality is available to the large public. Definition of the “good” lawyer means to have good relation with the judge in the case, and to know which one from 56 legal theories should to be applied in passing the judgment. >>more...

Holocaust emoryrefremend by Glicklich;Effectively a Mini-Encyclopedia of the Mystification of the Holocaust. Now a Tool For Forced Immigration

Wednesday, March 28, 2018
This book compares the Holocaust memorialization at Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, the Jewish Museum Berlin, and the USHMM (United States Holocaust Memorial Museum) in Washington, D. C. It is so thoroughly Judeocentric that it does not even have the obligatory mention of the 5 million [actually many more] “other victims of the Nazis.” >>more...

Rethinking hocaust Justice norman Goda:Holocaust Industry Uses the U. S. Legal System Against Its Targets. Continued Holocaust Industry Aggression Against Poland

Wednesday, March 28, 2018
This book raises diverse topics, and I focus exclusively on so-called Holocaust restitution

Author Michael J. Bazyler is professor of law, and is involved in Holocaust litigation. The following, except for the titles in CAPS, and explanatory comments [in brackets], are direct quotes from Bazyler:

What is exceptional is that much of the effort made for Holocaust restitution did not begin until the 1990s, more than half a century after the end of World War II. Adding to this exceptionality is that the arena where the modern campaign over restitution took place was not Europe, where the Holocaust took place, but the United States. More specifically, ground zero for Holocaust restitution was the US courthouse. (p. 235). >>more...

Poland, USA, and Israel’s clinch in the IPN proceeding Legislation, alleged Poland Holocaust participation

Thursday, March 15, 2018
1. Apparent disarray of the clinch: The essence  proposed corrected  IPN and Knesset legislation about  Jewish legal stand in reference of Jewish respossability for the war crimes  and research.  At present , we witnessed the diplomatic-cognitive clinch caused in part by the proceedings connected to pass more precise with the teeth the part of legislation about The National Remembrance Institute (IPN). The uproar is noted not only in diplomacy of Poland, Israel or the United States (Act 446, 1224), but also Germany, Ukraine. And now this clinch has been unprecedented in publicity of the case so far up to the legislative and executive bodies of USA. And Israel had been started to connect the question   to the responsibility for the Jewish Holocaust. >>more...

holocause icones;Iconized Images of the Jewish Holocaust and The Implied Marginalization of All Other Genocides

Thursday, March 15, 2018
The icons discussed in this book include the the railway cars, the shoes of the Jewish victims, the ARBEIT MACHT FREI sign, the 6 million figure, and the Diary of Anne Frank. Author Oren Baruch Stier tells the reader about the significance of these items, “Holocaust icons are powerful, indispensable tools with which people comprehend the Shoah. We use these tools to make sense of the Holocaust and negotiate our relationships to that past in the present. Even more, our understandings depend on the distillation of historical events and memorial representations into easily apprehensible symbols that often operate on noncognitive level—that speak or indicate ‘Holocaust’ to us at first blush, on a visceral level.” (p. 183).

POlacy ZYdzi

Thursday, March 15, 2018
