Poland: Eagle in the East

Wednesday, November 11, 2009
The British author is generally well informed about Poland's history and sufferings during WWII. Did you realize that 38% of Poland's fixed assets were destroyed in the war and ensuing German occupation? (p. 110). Also, not only large numbers of Jews but also large numbers of Poles were murdered during the German conquest and occupation of Poland. While discussing the Polish aid to fugitive Jews, Woods includes mention of the hamlet of Osiny, where the Poles took turns hiding a Jewish girl so that everyone would be guilty, and the Germans would thereby not be able to play one Pole against another in terms of denunciation. (p. 28). >>more...

Exclusiveness and Tolerance: Studies in Jewish-Gentile Relations in Medieval and Modern Times (Scripta Judaica

Wednesday, November 11, 2009
Jews and Christians each had stereotypical views of each other (p. xiv), and Jewish views of Christianity were just as unflattering as the reverse. Katz comments: "The biblical name of Edom was, in Talmudic times, applied to Rome. In medieval poetry, however, it is synonymous with Christianity." (p. 16). >>more...

The Polish-Jewish Case:Restitution

Tuesday, November 3, 2009
Judeocentric spin that Poles are WWII villains and Poland is endemically inhospitable to Jews runs sharply counter to much of historical experience.[1] Local[2] and international[3] Jewry opposed Polands independence, and Jewish economic dominance and social alienation caused Polish anti-Semitism, exacerbating conflict when both nations sought independence. Anti-Polish Jews collaborated with Soviets and dominated Polands Communist regime. This essay explores the spin and concludes with comparison to the Balkan[4] case. >>more...

JEWS MURDERING POLES (part1)

Tuesday, November 3, 2009
A tide of anti-Polish campaign has swept through Polish media over the recent months that fell in line with the attempts to hold all Polish people accountable for the mass murder perpetrated on the Jews of Jedwabne in July 1941. The publication of 'Neighbours', an extremely biased and deceitful book by the Jewish American sociologist Jan Tomasz Gross, served as pretext. The Jewish author, disregarding the findings of the prosecutor's office, cramming lots of lies and distortions of truth in his generalisations based on a few twisted and dubious testimonies, sets out to put the blame for the massacre on the local Poles and play down the German involvement . >>more...

JEWS MURDERING POLES

And the Jews kissed Soviet tanks..... In the beginning let me apologise to the Głos readers for the inadequate information about the series of articles I am writing to Niedziela . They won't be about just 60 but as many as100 Gross' lies. On closer examination I have found many more than a hundred lies in his works. However, for the reason of space available I will focus on one hundred lies. >>more...

Palestinians Jews: present state of negociations

Saturday, October 31, 2009

Poland, 1944-1962: The Sovietization of a Captive People

Friday, October 30, 2009
Insights into the Communization of Poland and Its Counterparts Today, September 19, 2009 Support for Communism, as by a disproportionate fraction of Jews, is commonly attributed to poverty and injustice. This is incorrect. Staar comments: "The popular appeal of Communism in Poland has been rather ineffective. This was always true, even in the early 1930's when the unemployment and low standard of living theoretically should have provided a fertile field for the development and mass acceptance of Communism." (p. 7). >>more...
